Travel with Zoë

Baking and Traveling have always been my passions and when I get to do them together, it is my best life. I have been working to curate trips with small groups of like-minded, curious bakers (both experienced and novice) and have ventured to Sicily, Parma, Paris and Puglia, so far. If you love to travel (or are curious to see the world), and you like to bake (or just eat) I would love to travel with you.

I have several trips coming up and put them all on this page to help you pick the one that best suits your schedule and traveling desires. There is a mix of adventures, luxuries, baking experiences, and accommodations, so check them all out and pick what is best for you.

Paris – Fall 2026 with Zoë

Come bake macarons in the most charming kitchen in Versailles, try your hand at croissants and learn the art of baguettes from a master baker in Paris. There are a few spots left in my “Pastry in Paris” tour and I’d love for YOU to come bake with us. If you love to bake or just love to eat and explore, this trip is for you. There will be fine dining in a chef’s studio, ancient vines and their wines, museums, more pastry, a Paris picnic, shopping the markets and more. DETAILS

Ireland – Fall 2026 with Zoë

If you want a truly magical experience, unlike anything else you’ve seen, join me and my friend Stephanie March in Ireland for a week of Castles, Cottages and Cookery! We will be baking and churning butter in our own private 16th century castle (which will be one of our homes for the week), sipping whiskey & falconry (maybe not in that order), Enjoying High Tea in a magnificent manor (the home to one of the best known golf courses in the world, if that’s something you’d like to add into your stay), a Michelin-star lunch on the way to an ancient castle, a baking class at my favorite cookery school, a wood-fired feast in a 14th century thatch barn, and, of course, sharing a pint or two with new friends. Spring 2027 – The Culture of Food in Puglia & Matera, Italy

Join me in Puglia & Matera, Italy! I hadn’t known anything about the southern region of Italy that makes up the heel of the boot shaped country, until I spent two weeks there in 2025. I fell completely in love with the food, the people and the stunning art and architecture. We’ll have an adventure that includes learning to bake bread in the “wheat basket” of the country, we’ll stay in a luxury hotel set in ancient caves (one of the most unique places I have ever been), visit the Trulli homes, which exist only in this one place, make fresh pasta in the streets where pasta grannies have been doing it for centuries, learn the art of the local cheese making, explore the sun soaked, white cities on the Adriatic and enjoy gelato (daily, or more 😂), plus you’ll meet wonderful new friends!
