I’m going to include two faves, because I’m not sure if the first would count as a chocolate dessert, but I looove a good chocolate chip cooking. Currently, I’m loving Claire Saffitz’s chocolate chip cookie recipe from Dessert Person. My favorite fully chocolate dessert is chocolate ice cream. David Lebovitz has a fabulous recipe that I enjoy making 🙂

I was married in 1973 and received the Good Housekeeping Cookbook as a gift. And I’ve been making the Chocolate Mousse recipe on page 492 ever since. Not only is it delicious and simple, it only requires chocolate chips, eggs, and vanilla to make. I always have these ingredients on hand so I can always rely on it. It is also easy to size up or down as needed.
