Hi Teresa, Zoë never shares a recipe without the author’s permission, as that is just industry etiquette. We know how much work goes into creating recipes and that cookbook authors put their heart and soul on the pages, so she tries to support them in every way she can. Recipe developers must make a living at their craft in the same way everyone does when they go to work. You are welcome to all the free content on ZoëBakes.com, but once in a while Zoë shares a book that she finds exciting and worthwhile, including her own.

I read how to make the topping and then saw that I have to purchase the cookbook to make the bottom two layers of the dessert. This was very disappointing. If you are highlighting a dessert, it seems like your readers should be able to make it.
