Thanks so much for sharing this puff pastry recipe! I’m excited to try making my own puff pastry this week for the first time for mushroom vol au vent, but am definitely going to use some of it for this stone fruit tart as soon as stone fruit are in season again! Thanks again!

What an incredible story, I feel so fortunate to have been there. The food in Ireland is wonderful and every chef we met got their start at Ballymaloe.

I was fortunate to meet Myrtle Allen
On a trip to Ireland in 2010.great woman! Also took a half day class at the cookery school- wonderful! Darina Allen came to Chicago several years ago to receive an award. Larry and I were invited to a lovely luncheon honoring her. Myrtle, Darina, and Rory changed the course of Irish cooking.
