I made the pumpkin spice crème brûlée with Zoe’s homemade pumpkin spice recipe. The result tasted like the best pumpkin pie but creamier and with the brûléed sugar it was a decadent triumph. I posted a picture on instagram to share.

This turned out so light, creamy and delicious! I made the vanilla version and added just a hint of cinnamon for some fall warmth and it was perfect!

Did you substitute 1 T. cinnamon in place of the 1 T. lavender? Or did you use less cinnamon than that? I’d also like to try this recipe but was looking for a standard creme brulee (without the lavendar).

I made the recipe with cinnamon instead of lavender and it turned out delicious. I made two separate batches and the one that I baked in the water bath for ~20 minutes turned out creamier than the batch I baked for ~30 min. Put more sugar on top than you think for an extra crunchy coating 🙂
