Had to reduce the recipe to 2/3 because I don’t have a binder pan big enough. Then I used all olive oil instead of neutral and added more calvados (hehe). Was absoluetely delicious even without the glaze. Thank you!

Hi Angela,

I’ve never made it with less oil, but you could try it. I know some people use apple sauce in place of oil, so maybe you could do 50% oil and 50% applesauce?
