Hi Rajeshwari,

Yes, that should work just fine. As you suggest the almond milk takes a different amount of gelatin. Since this recipe doesn't require you to unmold the dessert, I tend to err on the side of less gelatin, but you also want to make sure it can support the layers above. Please let me know how it comes out.

Thanks, Zoë

Hi Zoe! This looks so tempting, definitely going to try soon. One question- Can I use half almond milk and half cream for this recipe while increasing the amount of gelatine a bit?

Hi Misha,

Have you tried the tetra pack cream with many panna cotta recipes? It may just be a matter of finding the right amount of gelatin to use. I have made panna cotta with coconut and almond milk, so I think it will work for you, but you'll just have to experiment with the gelatin.

Thanks, Zoë

wow this is just so perfectly, flawlessly. I fell in ove with this Vietnamese coffee when I had it first time. Its just the combination of coffee & condense milk and fun watching it drip i guess.http://www.foodpleasureandhealth.com/2012/08/ca-phe-sua-vietnamese-iced-coffee.html

your panna cotta is probably the best though :) :)
